Jeff
Williams is Senior Vice President for Technology and Public Policy for Public
Sector Consultants. In this role, Mr. Williams supervises the firm's
public opinion and stakeholder survey services and staff; supervises the firm's
internal and external information services and staff; and manages research
projects including sales, scheduling, client liaison, and fulfilling contract
terms. His primary expertise is in the areas of telecommunications, healthcare,
and K-12 education policy.
Prior to this position, he was Vice President and Senior Consultant for
Technology and Public Policy. He also has
been Technology Consultant and Administrative Assistant for Survey Research.
He has a masters degree in public affairs from the University of
Minnesota and a bachelors degree, with honors, in international relations from Michigan
State University .
Mr. Williams currently serves as Chairman of the Board for
Economic Development Corporation (City of Lansing), Tax Increment Finance
Authority (City of Lansing), and Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (City of
Lansing).
