Michigan's Next Generation Information Technology: A Blueprint for 2005
A policy paper authored by Cyber-state Board Members which presents a leapfrog IT strategy for Michigan with identification of policy issues and implementation strategy. 

 

Community Building Report, 2001-2002
In its third year, cyber-state has brought this report in-house and took a deeper look at Michigan’s Local Government and Community-Building Initiatives. The report evaluates the state’s county, township, city and village Web activities and provides a Top Ten ranking in each category.
